Gio 110 Hummer. Fuel tank blocked, no spark
#13
Well im glad i found this old post.. my little one's gio was running great untill i washed it and then it had no spark. After folowing this i found the issue within a few min instead of the hours i have already spent on it.
1) Unplug the CDI. In the wiring connector measure the resistance of the AC Ignition Power pin to the Ground pin. You should see 400 ohms or so. What do you measure? 89ohms
so since i did not see the cdi was hanging down i figure the hosing off flooded it and shorted it out since i noticed it had a hole in it where the pins were and it was hanging upside down.. now to see if the local bike shop has something that will work.
