e-ton viper 150 hesitates to move forward, but excels in moving backwards

e-ton viper 150 hesitates to move forward, but excels in moving backwards
I have a blue e-ton viper 150, and this thing has been giving me problems for a while.
It doesn't want to move forward, but it will move backwards. My dad tried everything. He trid flushing the fuel, replacing oil, transmission oil replaced, spark clean.
IT seems to idle fine. When you give it gas in N, it's fine.
Can anyone help or give me advice?
