How about removing 2 rollers and see how it feels?

Currently have two rollers removed, going to swap out clutches and see if I can isolate the issue.

Problem solved, the Kawasaki clutch spacer was shorter than the Suzuki spacer. Swapped out the spacer and plenty of low end power.

The early LT's (87-88) used a long spacer. The 89's and up use the shorter spacer and a big washer.
Are you using the washer with the short spacer? You need to. Or just use the long spacer If indeed that's what you have.
