LT80 oil pump question.

LT80 oil pump question.
I had a china scooter with a clone of the lt80 motor and the oil pump did not pump oil unless you were moving and I wanted to make sure thats not the case with the real lt80 motor.

I got it from the original owner and it has the original tires and there in great shape!.
It has all the restrictor's removed and aftermarket reeds so it can haul my big butt around with ease.
