Good Evening. First of all I am not a mechanic. This Eton 70 does not have any power. it is a 2 stroke and it has the oil in a separate tank then the fuel. We have gone through and gave it a good cleaning so I am pretty confident that we are ok with the carburetor being clean. A person told me to adjust the oil intake but I can not find where to do that. Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do. Thank you.

I don't think there is a oil adjustment. I don't understand how that would effect power anyway.
Seeins you got the carb clean, I'd do a compression test (90-100 minimum).
If comp is good, get into the clutchs and see what's going on.

First off...I am not a mechanic, just tried a few things. My sons 50 eton was doing something similar and it turned out to be a comination of the throttle cable into carb, and the spark arrestor was clogged. I tightened the cable, cleaned and put back the arrestor back and it worked great after that.
