Your Welcome for the laugh..

The no oil at assembly is only for 2 strokes.. read it in the learly 80's.. MXA mag i think..But that piston isnt left alone.. I like to radius all the outside edges of the piston about .02.. so there are no sharp edges anywhere. if there is a exhaust bridge I drill 2-3 holes in the piston(.06 to .09 dia) that align with the bridge.. The top of the piston is then polished to a mirror finish.. same thing for the combustion chamber of the head.. Nice to have a lathe.. did you ever get one? My porting skills are only matching gaskets and polishing the exhaust port to a mirror finish also.. I leave the intake alone(I dont polish it) except to clean port edges.. same for the transfer ports and the cases.

Heck my chinese stuff needs all the oil it can get.. even on the chains.

Spark plug indexing? Heard about that from a old guy when i was 16 or so (51 now) wait a minute he was about 50 then?..So Ive done it to cars, trucks, and motorcycles for a real long time .. no indexing on the chinese stuff..

What about plug gap? you fussy about that LT80? I go towards the small end of the spec.. Except for my F350 with the MSD..

8687parts.. you feel faster yet?

My Suzuki dealer gets them thru Marshals.
Nobody has ever told me that they have fouled one altho I could see it happening on a stock motor.
The "P" in the stock plug (BP7HS) stands for protruded. The theory is that if the plug protrudes into the chamber it stays cleaner.
I guess I've never asked for a BRP8HIX.

If you have the time, check ebay or amazon for the plugs. Use them in the bike. Expensive, but worth it. No dealers stock them, so I still wait and pay more than if I just check online for the best prices.

I use Autolite 4063's(a very inexpensive spark plug) in all my 2 strokes.. burn Torco GP-7 oil(40-1) and have never fouled a plug in many different size engines using this combo..
