i'll PM you an item.
on your other problem: MAYBE.....just maybe the float is not opening up enough and it's running out of fuel out of the bowl when you're at full throttle.

I think there is something floating around in the carb blocking a jet.
As far as the clutch, get into it and see what's wrong.

check your exhaust it could be plugged to much oil not being burned off

does it have the stock air filter on it ? they will run like that with no air filter or if you put a free flowing air filter.
