Default '03 LTA-50 Top-end rebuild

Dumb question for some but, when rebuilding the top-end, is there a correct order for the rings? The kit has one ring with a green paint mark on it to distinguish it from the other. Which one goes on top? Does it matter?

The parts fiche shows 2 rings under one number. I'd say that there is no difference.
There is a top to them. Usually a T or N on the one ring end.

Thank you for the info. I'll check for the t or n on the rings. Was wondering that. A builder did that to my bike once destroying my new bored cylinder. So, assuming by your statement which ever side has a letter designation goes on top?

Thanks again. I have the service manual some where, does that unusually have the ring gap in it or do I need another manual? These are all stock Suzuki parts, do they unusually have to be re-gapped? I know it's always a good idea to check, so I guess I answered my own question.
