Have you called redcat directly and asked if they offer a cable choked carb?

i called them a few times and they were no help at all.pretty much what they told me is match it up with one in a picture.they have no info on products.i was just thinking of getting their most popular one with electric choke and just taking that off and bolt up my cable.i have bought parts from them 3 different times and i get the same answer from them every time.lol. i know theres something wrong with the carb cause as soon as i pour gas in the tank it dumps right out of the carb

The bystarter valve adds an extra fuel passage to enrichen the air/fuel mixture when the engine is cold. When warm a wax plug in the bystarter valve expands and pushes closed a valve which seals off the extra fuel passage - returning the air/fuel ratio to normal.
A cable driven choke system does the opposite. When the engine is cold a baffle plate in the air stream is closed - starving the engine of air. This too enrichens the air/fuel mixture because you have less air for the same fuel. The 'electric choke' models don't even have the baffle plate that your choke cable is supposed to open/close.
The two carburetors aren't cross adaptable. If you buy an 'electric choke' carburetor you will have to wire it up and use in the 'electric choke' mode.

Have you looked at other ordinary 150cc chinese manual choke carburetors? I don't anything specific about redcat quads, but I would hazard a guess that they are just the same old generic 150cc manual choke carburetor. I would do a google search for "chinese atv 150cc manual choke" and look for any carburetor picture that matches yours.
