Default Lt80 Reeds?

seem to be getting some fuel back through carbs so it sounds like reeds arent correct...Thinking on boyesen power reeds but Not sure which is best for speed, also should I put a 90 jet in as well?

90% chance the reed is fine. They do spit a lil.
Nothing wrong w/boyesen reed.
90 jet: if your going to have the carb off for the rred, you might as well clean the carb and put a 90 in.

I was curious too. Is it just a better reed or does it make more power?

+4hp......LOL j/k
They are a 2 stage reed. Some say that they make the motor more responsive. I consider the LT80 in stock form as responsive as it needs.
I use Boyesen in my stage 2 kit. I use my own reed in my national motor.
I feel that anyone pulling a reed cage to check reeds/etc might as well put Boyesen reeds in.
Don't be ripped off. You can get these for $23-$28.
