take the rubber elbow off the front of the carb, place two fingers over the front of the carb to restrict the airflow into the carb while cranking the engine, see if it starts, if it does, you have a carb/fuel problem to take care of

 

What if that don't work what could be prob I've only swapped the head over in a couple of days

 

it could be many possibilities of problems, no one is going to be able to help until you do the things me and jack (lt80) are telling you to do, we need the possibilities narrowed down.

I don't know why hand choking works at times.
I feel that once this thing runs again, you'll not have any problems.

 

Hope it works jack as its my lads birthday Saturday and I promised him a day on it

 

Will running 99 super unleaded help starting it

i would say check and make sure you have spark, pull the plug, put the plug into the spark plug boot, lay the threads of the plug against the frame or engine and crank it and check to make sure you have good spark

 

I've stripped it back down and found its blown half the head gasket off what's caused this
