Does the Left rear wheel stick out further than the right?
It appears to on mine. I have 2" Spacers on each side. Just wondering if this is normal or if something is bent.

No. not normal.
Maybe see if the motor pivot bolt needs tightening or maybe the bushings are bad.
I highly doubt anything is bent to cause this....Broke cases/rear carrier maybe.

 

I put the plastics back on and they are even. I was lining them up to the metal guard behind the foot peg.
All seems well.

I did re-torque the Pivot bolt to 90 ft lbs just to be safe. I was able to get about a full turn on the nut.
