Lt80 clutch overall any tips

Sounds daft but wen I took it off they were rattling about if they ad come out how do I no there in properly need grease?

I use a dab of grease on each roller to help hold them in place.

Sure. Cut the end off about 1/2" from the shoe. Then drill the back to the exact weight.

Found the pics any ideas how to get clutch cover off I ave no impact wrench

clutch cover?????????/ 8mm socket and 5mm allen..
You'll need a impact for the clutch nut tho.

Rear clutch cover as I want to lighten the shoes is there just one nut in middle

Yes, 1 nut (17mm) on the rear clutch.
When you get that off you'll find a big nut FYI:: the big nut is left hand thread.
The cover is that big aluminum thing that you argued with to get off.
