05 e-ton viper 70 leaking gas

05 e-ton viper 70 leaking gas
Hello, i have a small fuel leak on my 05 e-ton viper. There are two drain looking spouts on the upper half of the bottom of the gas tank. If that makes any sence. They are both dripping gas very slowley. There is the same spout at the bottom of the tank, where the fuel line is. Any help on what is going on would be great. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums. 
I'm thinking that you need to investigate to see what the upper tubes are for.
Maybe a parts fiche from a dealer (internet), or call a dealer and ask.
