Default eton viper 90cc

I have just bought a second hand eton 90cc for my grandson & got it cheap because the seller had not been able to start it. I bought it as a project but when getting home and examing it in more detail found that there was no battery and the wiring was shot completrely, with wires cut/missing everywhere. I have stripped & cleaned the carb and now it starts after about 20 attempts due to the fact that the automatic choke is not wired up.

My question is can anyone tell me where I connect the wires coming from the auto choke, as I need the choke to work to be able to start from cold. Is it possible to connect it directly to thebattery. I might add wiring is so bad that I have to use kick start to start

I know this post is almost a month old but do you still need to know? I can take a look at my boys tomorrow after work. Its a 2 stroke with reverse if that makes a difference.

yeah, sorry we missed this post. Eton is a good quad. IMHO, the best of the "off Brands". i own an Eton quad now and i like it. if i were you, order a new wiring harness/loom for the quad. that'll save you buttloads of headaches. Eton is reasonably priced and is better quality than the other off brands. Eton is Taiwanese i believe and work with polaris on the smaller quads.
