Ok.. Looks like a flooding issue. Ordered a new petcock and carb rebuild kit. Thinking its in the needle and seat...possibly float. I will keep you all posted during / after install. Thanks for the help so far.

 

I got back to the quad a few days ago and wouldn't you know it started and ran fine.... Hmmmm. Strange? I am gonna hold off on replacing the petcock and doing the rebuild for now. Time will tell if it acts up again..thanks for the help
