Default Kazuma 90cc Carb Float Adjustment?

I purchased a new carburetor for my Kazuma 90cc Mini-Falcon. I received it very quickly and immediately threw it on assuming the floats were already adjusted. I tried to get the quad started using the manual and had no luck, adjusting the mixture and idle screws. I then took to the internet to see if there were any adjustment values for the floats but cant seem to find anything. I have been trying to set the floats myself but cant seem to get it in the correct spot. Does any one know the carburetor float adjustment values for the Kazuma 90cc Mini Falcon?

Welcome to the forums.
My daughter lives in Mesa.
A lil info please. What lead you to need a new carb in the first place?
Got spark?
Got good compression?

Throttle spring was smashed and sticking. Idle screw was snapped off inside and couldn't make adjustments. I tried to repair the spring and it was still sticking. Found a idle screw online shipped for $10 but couldn't find a spring. So I looked at getting a new carb for $20. This is day two now of messing with this carb and can not find the solution. The primary jet is just a smidge longer than the old primary jet. I have compression, spark and plenty of air I just cant get that right amount of fuel. I am thinking about parting out this new carb and getting the old one back on with its replacement parts.
