that last one is a vent, it goes up under the hood area, make sure its not clogged or kinked

thanks. when I pulled the tank last nite ,I saw it running up but not connect to anything . was hoping maybe it was a part of the problem.
ok was looking at the gas cap it's pretty rusty underneath , I gonna get another cap.
