Default LT 80 Cranking amps

Threw a new battery in my LT80 but it still has trouble cranking, especially first start in the morning. Engine run fine, idles good. Just wondering if someone knows how many amp these starters should draw?
Batt is a ebay special with a 2 year warranty. Since i can barely get a yuasa battery this size to last 2 years i figured give them a try.
No sure if I have a bum new battery or a starter on its way out.
Fortunately I invested in the pull start as a back up plan.

LT80s have a long lead from battery to starter and it does tend to drop the cranking amps a bit, check all terminals are clean and tight, including earths.

Put a good 12volt source right to the starter and see if it changes.
Prolly just another bad starter.
