Lt80 won’t start

Lt80 won’t start
I have a lt80 that was sitting for a little. Ran when I put it away. I put a new carb on it and went to pull start it and it won’t turn over. I checked and I do have spark. Can’t get it running on starting fluid either. Not sure if there is something electrical keeping it from turning over. Thanks in advance for the help

So the motor spins, just no start. Right?
If you meant that you were going to pull the machine with another and start it, it won't start. You can't pull start a CVT.
Is the plug wet after trying to start?
Is there air coming out of the exhaust when motor spins?
Did you try a new plug? Sometimes plugs won't fire under compression.
