Polaris predator 90
#1
Hi, I just bought a predator 90 for my daughter. It had been sitting for a while. It was leaking fuel from the carb and had no spark. I fixed the fuel leak, and replaced the stator and now have spark. The machine still won’t start or act like it wants to. I’m going to try to test compression, but was wondering what the proper psi is? I would also appreciate any other insight as to where to look. Also, the electric start makes a grinding sound?? It does have a kickstarter, so this is not a huge priority, but plan on fixing it once I get the bike running. Thanks in advance!

Sitting for a long time normally means gummed up carb. A thorough rebuild with a proper kit is best. Just a clean and put back together rarely works. Dont have specs on your machine but normally they need over 100# to make them run.
