Question Gio 50cc gear shifter?

Someone gave us a Gio 50cc and I was wondering if it even comes with a park/reverse/drive gear shifter, or does it always just default into drive when you start? I don't see one on it.

And if it is supposed to have one, does anyone have pictures of where it should be?

Is it possible that it uses a centrifugal clutch? Haven't been able to find out much info on the Gio 50cc.

It is almost certain to use a centrifugal clutch. about 90% of ATVs do. A few have motorcycle clutches with a handlebar lever, and some with CVT, just let the belt run slack at idle, though most belt drive CVTs do have a centrifugal clutch.

Those little 50's were just a clutch they figured kids just starting out needed less to worry about and the parents could be used for reverse..LOL
