Well Frank is gonna built quads, he said so. He probably has many options now. He said he was under contract not to build quads, not sure what that meant, but he said that time has past.. Remember the two strokes come in 620cc and 500cc also so one of those Maico motors could find itself in a quad.. Maybe maybe not.. The buy out is new and in six months maybe we will hear some news on a quad if Frank doesn't already have a quad out to surprise us all... I know for a FACT Lonestar was building a prototype frame more then 9 months ago for a quad.

I called Germany and the importers for Maico here in the states about getting a few 680 or 620 engines about a year ago. First off, I was told to wait a year and I would see some info on that very quad I wanted to build. The guys in Mississippi[?] would get me crate engines with 45 Bing carbs and they suggested the 620 cuz it revs vs. the 680 which is a lugger. I hope ATK does put the engines to good use. I have ridden their 260 2stroke enduro bike and it is as good as my KTM300exc.
