I was comparing apples to apples, 350lbs to 350lbs.
If you want to compare apples to oranges, what about my bring my 90 Duncan Racing Quazilla which is lightened by 30 lbs , Paul Turner hi rev pipe, 39 duncan jetted PWK, alum base gasket and oring cool head. ABout 365lbs and around 60HP+, bring your YFZ.

Wisetech, I will be at work. I will hit you w/ my cell/home number over the weekend. Glad you could come back. Who else is coming??? I will be leaving work ASAP on thursday to head up to ATK. I'll call you first of course.. A YFZ is really corked up stock so I woud think a Cannondale would win stock vs stock. The YFZ is a different machine when uncorked, more so then a Cannondale.. My video on dunereview was when I had the stock 432 motor w/ just a moto map and slip on pipe..Jerry funny thing is my bro had a Speed, but got spooked because of the bankruptcy and stage 8 issues and bought the YFZ.. A new 450Z is his next purchase when they hit the shores..

what are you talking about? I never asked how a lightened moded Glamis would perform. I asked how a stock Glamis would perform against a stock YFZ..you're the one who brought all this weird crap into my question..
and your quadzilla sounds great, as long as you want to lay on the throttle and ride straight all day..

Does this answer your question??? (from another cannondale owner)

Actually, I was looking for more than "i think the cannondale will win"
Its usually more productive when I get information from people who know what they're talking about
lol and I'm sure your zilla can turn...ITS A GOOD THING YOU CAN HANDLE IT! cuz...according to you, not a lot of people can??

This is to the cannondale vs. 450 is much like quadzilla vs. banshee. I must agree, I race against yfzs and hondas at my local track. I have a stock engine speed. They beat me off the line all the time. As soon as we start racing aorund corners and going up hills its a diferent story. I walk away from them all. The 450s get me on a dead start, just by a little, but as soon as we get side by side coming out of a corner and I punch it its diferent, especially on the hilly parts of the track. I just thought Id tell you my story.

This is to Wistech. At the beginnning of this conversation you said that with air box modifications and remapping and a pipe you could reach close to 50 horse. I was wondering what type of air box modifictions and where can I get this part if it is available? I like having my eye ***** touch the back of my head, and i think this would help, lol.

Wisetech is exploring Little Sahara, Utah and Saint Anthonys, Idaho at the moment. He drove 1500 miles and will be back every year to both places.. Oh Jerry I have always run a 40r sprocket. I shredded it and put on my stock 42r and beat my bro's YFZ up Utahs Sand Mtn this past weekend. He does weigh more, but I was as surprised as he was... Check my sig for some new dune pics in the last folder!!
