i heard that cannondale sold out or went out of buisness from law suits talking about tie rods was breaking or sumthin like that and that you couldnt hardly get any parts for them

so cannondale is still in buisness? i'm asking this because we had 2 dealers in tn. and now they both stopped selling the cannondale and they said it was because of cannondale filing bank ruptcy and then i rerad on the internet a little bit back about the whole law suits thing


if none of this is true then why did all the sealers top selling them?

 

Cannondale restructured and had to sell off the motorsports division. You asked if it was because of lawsuits which it was not.. They ran out of cash and had some managment problems. ATK bought most of the inventory and is selling rebadged and refurbished cannondale quads. They are now a better quad at a lower price. For a list of atk dealers go to ATKUSA.com

alright man thanks i almost bought a cannondale 440 canninball last weekend because i found an 2003 for 2900.00 but i dint because i was afraid of everything i heard and now its gone i wish i would have bough that bike[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] oh well yeah i raced a cannondale onmy lt250r and they are really fast he only 2-4 quad lenghths away of course it could have been built
