How do u like ur cannondale
#2
Cannibal shocks arvins are crap, the speed ,glamis ohlins are ok, the blaze and moto ohlins are awsome. Most models come with the ohlins rears which are imo the one of the best rear stock suspensions . Its the fronts that are very different. The moto I picked up has elka zps front and rear with the stock long travel arms. It sits low for incredible cornering and takes jumps extremely well. It also rides smooth for those long trail rides.

I've been looking at the Cannondales lately as I grew up in PA as a kid and they had great quality on there mountain bikes and it was easy to get living in PA. I'm looking at a bike for BAJA racing as I live in Las Vegas, and the EFI is what really intrest me the most. I have a Raptor and a Z400 for trail and MX needs. I know nothing about the Dales, but I'm hearing great bike, but aftermarket is rare and pricey. How are these bikes for BAJA/Desert racing? I was thinking of doing up a YFZ but I like the fact I don't have to gusset up the frame(DALES) from what I hear on the websites.

If you buy an ATK you can send in a form to get you on the contingency program.. Many race series out west qualify.. If you get a used one do some searching and put in the updates and Z400 big end rod bearing..

I have only seen 1 Cannondale run at the dunes, and to be a 450, it moved pretty good. I just dont know too much about the EFI with all the mapping........
