The Dealer that I bought my cannibal from is getting in a few refurbished FX400's. He said they will have all the updates and basically the only thing that stays the same is the frame. He also said they have the new 3 map selector switch mounted on the handle bars which lets you change in between 3 maps on the fly!! What where the differences between the fx400 and Cannibal?? The the FX400 has all the upgrades it will be essentially a Cannibal correct?

I think the speed is a fx400 with a diffrent name, and the cannibal is a downgraded speed.

Sorry but these machines DO NOT!! have the map select switch on the handel bars. This would be something you could add after you purchase the machine. These will be Cannibals unless your dealer orders one as a Speed.

The FX400 had the same rev limit as the Cannibal, 10,600.

Mike Pretty funny how you can say they do not have them when my Dealer says they will. I called him yesterday to confirm this. He said they will have new motors and all the updates and pretty much the only thing that stayed the same is the frame.

Chris the 3 button mapping was an option so it's coming with the option. Sounds neet. Let us know more about it price etc.

ChrisMac1,

You should call your dealer again for this info. I am sorry you can't believe me but what I say is true. Cannondale will be able to sell these machines without any special features added because they are offering a great deal. Have a great day.
