My understanding from talking to Cannondale is the software that is sold will only work on two (2) bikes. That will keep one guy owning it and working on lots of bikes. Smart form a sales side, bad for Cannondale clubs where the club could buy it. The software for the dealerships is different.

The PC and handheld are two different version, you can buy one or the other.
