Rear springs and wheel offsets

2002 Blaze... Rear springs ----What weight rider are they for 225 and above???? Front 200 and up..... Has anyone been able to lower the bike and what way did you do it. 3x2 wheel offset for the front is awful, I switched to a 3.75-4.25 front and they work MUCH better even though it narrows the bike even further.....Other ideas??

Offset for the front was 4.25 --.75 pretty much a Honda offset..
