I make it a point to stay away from pavement but this past weekend I decided to take a ride to the bar for some dinner (it is legal on the pavement where I ride). I noticed a severe bounce in the front end and upon further inspection the front right wheel has a major hop to it. I never noticed it on the dirt but on pavement it tries to rip the bars out of your hands. Has anyone else had this happen? The wheels are still in new condition, no knicks or marks yet. Did I get a bad one from the factory? Maybe a bad tire? How do I tell whats going on? better yet should I just take it to the dealer and make them fix it because I am still in warrenty.

It's probably your TIRE out of round. I have the same problem. Lift the front of your quad and spin the tire and you'll probably see that the rim is round but that you can see the outside of the tire going up and down.

I believe someone on here had a wheel that was drilled off center. You might want to ask him about it too. If it's your wheels, just buy some new ones that are rolled edge or weld a reinforcembent ring around them because if you ride anything like me (LOTS of MX) you will be riding on eggs before to long.

My front left wheel had the holes drilled off center. You could see the RIM move up and down. I sat it on it's grab bar and spun both, just the left one was bad.

It was warrenty.

I think that is whats happening. I havnt even had the chance to bend the rims. They are literally flawless. I am going to have the dealer replace it when they get a gas tank in stock that doesnt leak. Thanks for the info.
