Did any of you have your valves adjusted?Did they need it?
How many hours did it have on them? Was it done by a dealer? How much money did it cost?

Sorry for all the questions but I need the info.

Had mine adjusted at 25hrs per the manual. They were not off very much and I would not have them done again until maybe 100hrs or so. Dealer charged me $300

Is 300$ about average for a valve adjustment?

The Reason it's so expensive as the motor has to be dropped before you can adjust them.

This is a must on the learn list.

R&S has a good bit of info on doing it. Pretty much a step by step on the engine removal. I am sure it can't be that bad adjusting the valves once you have gone through the hassle of dropping the motor.....lol........JIM
