As with any business they should be delievering what the promise.

Recently, I had to order some custom Glass for an experiment at work. They said it would be ready on Monday 9:00am. When I went to pick it up, 8:45am, I always try to be early, they said it wasn't ready and I could pick it up Tuesday same time. Than they made a big mistake they asked if that would be OK. I said No, I was promised this today, and the only reason I ordered from you was based on your deliever time. You should have seen the look on their face.LOL When for the next 1/2 hour it was ---holes and elbows. I got the piece at 9:25am. Thanked them and left.

Most people will walk away and say OK. Push the issue and explain that you only do busines with shops that keep to their time scheduale.

Update: All faith restored. I went right to the owner and they took care of all the issues and are delivering the machine to my house today at 5:30. I am again a happy customer. And the 2003 gas tank doesnt leak! WOO HOO!!!
