Top speed
#1
I am looking for the best map for wide open running with the tallest gearing I can possibly run.I just am not sure which map will work best for the Iowa TT which will surely be the fastest tt race in the U.S. Blaze get the power to ground best but is slow reving seems to have same top end as moto.I never tried the speed map Knowsalot said in suzuki forum that cannible and speed would mop up moto on a race car oval why?Any opinions would sure help.

Because "stock for stock" the Cannibal and Speed are faster than both the Blazer and Moto from the mid to the top.
The Blaze has the same gearing as the Cannibal and Speed, but it's mapping is the mellowest of all 4 models to keep the power smoother for the woods. It would be interesting to see how a Blaze would hold up to the Cannibal or Speed regarding top speed runs.
The Moto is a holeshot quad that is not only mapped for acceleration but is also geared differently from the other quads.
Doesn't really matter in each case though, because all can be changed to run with the other in each models designed enviroment....but "stock for stock" is a different story entirely and that was why I made the reference in the Suzuki forum.

Cannible map is not going to be run just because of the lower rev limit so it is blaze, moto, speed maps I plan to start with 15-39 gearing and I have plenty of rear sprockets 42t-35t I know I can gear it tall enough but the trick is to get it to pull it strongly. The sand guys here should be able to help out I would think rain hardened sand should be close to the conditions. The only map I havent run is the speed is that what is fastest?
