I have a DS650 that is fast ,but heavy.

I do a lot of MX style riding and love to jump. The problem is landing that big !@#$ DS is a chore to say the least.

What are the prices of Canondales and are they all the same size engine?

I know about the one for about $13000 ,but I do not want to spend that much on a TOY.

Thanks for your help.

Also, I bought the DS because of my size. 6'1 and 200lbs. Are the canon's good for tall people?

I would ask the Bomb group ,but they are mostly one sided.

The engine is the same in all the quads. The difference is in the fuel mapping. The different maps change the power band thru the rpms. The cannibal does have a lower 1000 rpm limit than the other 3. If you go on http://www.cannondale.com/motorsports/quad/ you can get prices and other info. Your size should be no problem, there are some people on here much bigger with no probs.

I am 6'2" and 210 lbs. My cannibal will soak up a lot and it has the weakest suspension of the four models. You can adjust the springs and make them tighter for heavier riders. I have rode everything and am totally unbiased. I love my cannondale. It is light, has gobs of power and it is the funnest quad I have ever ridden. But the thing I like the most is that canondale is very good to their customers and they listen to what we say unlike some of the other brands. Just ride one and you will see.

Shadow, the 'dales are perfect sized for you. I'm 6'2", 175 and LOVE the seat/peg/bars relationship. The powerband on any of these quads will keep you grinnin for a long time. With the 03's out you should be able to find a sweet deal on one of the 02's.

I just traded my very tricked out DS for a Speed. I would take the speed any day and in any condition over the ds. It has so much more usable power.
