We had hare scrambles two weekends in a row I wasnt able to race the first I was to busy setting the race up second race Aclass it was me and two 250r just about even to the opening nobody lifted I rolled the other two got jammed up when I came to my senses fired it back up passed four ridersin first woods section two more on a slippery uphill after mud hole.Came to scoring tent in fourth my confidence was a little too high about then in the woods I just got around a utility hit stump with rear wheel hit tree dead center went flying over bars backwards hitting throat on bumper or something and landing in the pickers I never really recovered from that one ended up 8 out of ten but I was just glad I finshed.
I dont want to knock the suzuki but we had two in B class and 1 kawasaki version in C class none finished because of crashes are they tippier than most or what in the field sections they seemed to two wheel a lot?
Has anyone else seen these things race stock? How did they do?Are they top heavy?
I was thinking about buying one just for harescrambles and for my wife since I hate switching front end and axle back to stock to run the scrambles wish I could afford two Cannondales.I dont think I would want anything with less power but it probably wouldnt matter much for in the scrambles a guy on a 300ex stock smoked c class there was 42 riders in c class and its open class racing.
