I know many of of cannondale fans may not care or even be interested but I surf the net while at work and I found a few cool pics of a new suzuki LTZ400 mx quad. Just follow the links and if you feel like it add your 2 cents. Moreover I think suzuki has made a great quad considering the fact that their last high performance quad rolled out of the showroom close to 10 years ago.

I'm not doubting you but that doesn't look the Suzuki motor to me. It's tough to be positive from that angle but it looks more like a crf than an ltz. If you look at any side view of the suzuki the motor doesn't look anything like that.

I seen the drz400 dirt bike at the dealer on monday and except for the heat sheild on the exhuast it looked just like the ltz400 motor and the motor in that quad doesn't look like either.

Guys that is a z400 motor...I own one and took the pic down stairs to the garage to double check. yup, the same... I think what is throwing everybody is the frame.

I don't want to start a flame war but that link I posted is a picture of a Suzuki LTZ400, for those of you that don't know what a Honda CRF450 looks like compared to a LTZ400 engine check out these two links. Maybe its just difficult to tell because of the quality of the pictures.

It looks right to me. Pretty cool, but Suzuki is Suzuki and needs to stick with the yellow plastic. If they wanted red plastic, maybe they should have bought a honda.

It is most definitly a Z400. Laz Sommers from GT thunder has been working on this z400 project. He retrofitted the plastic so that it would have a race quad look.

His write up on the project. Link
