Pegasus is just the loan company. They have basically bought the rights to everything Motorsports from design to tooling. They are a banker so they will try to sell the package if they can to help pay for the debt that was incurred. If no body buys the full package they could end up selling the tooling to one entity and the design to another. Since there really are not very many bikes and quads out there I can't see anyone just buying the tooling stuff alone. I don't know what they would sell it for but the package may make one sweet deal for any company who wants a ATV and dirtbike lines that have already been R&D.

i saw this comming c dales are just to much money for the average buyer and while i dont like forien cars i got to say foriens make the best quads for the money.crappy luck to all the peopel who own these quads with no manufacter to stand behind them anymore i hope this dosent make it hard for the cdale owners to get replacment parts in the future.good luck to all the cdale owners out there.

I remain hopefully optimistic.
It's sad the trash talking taking place on other forums, little minds, big egos justifying their buying decision in the fatality of an American company that gave it all.
I dont know what's more depressing, the company going under or the dipsh!ts that think it's cool because they own a (insert big four quad here)
