there is an auction the 20th of this month, that will determine the new owners of cannondale, i know that on the automotive side of things that federal law requires that if a company files bankruptcy or goes out of business that parts MUST be made available for 7 years after the final settlement, i dont know if this pertains to ATV's or not, i know that as of now part ARE being shipped, albeit kinda slow, the bicycle side of cannondale is in operation

The dealer i bought my cannondale from is staying with cannondale and are not dropping the price on the quads they have in stock. They are for sure there will be a new buyer that will continue production of atleast the quad line for now. And they are pretty close to the Cannondale headquarters so i hope they are talking with some heads-up.

FIRST OF ALL! NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY. PRICES ARE LOW. SECOND OF ALL! CANNONDALE MAKES TO GOOD OF A PRODUCT AND THERE IS TOO MUCH MONEY INVESTED FOR THAT PLANT TO STAY IDLE. THERE WILL BE AN AUCTION MARCH 20TH AND THERE WILL BE A BUYER. THE BUYER WILL GET A BARGAIN AND IT WILL BE EASIER TO MAKE A PROFIT. CANNONDALE HAD GOOD SALES FOR BEING NEW TO THE MARKET. THE PROBLEM WAS START UP COST WERE MORE THAN THEY EXPECTED. A LOT MORE! THIRD OF ALL SOONER OR LATER THERE WILL BE AFTERMARKET PARTS AVAILABLE.
