Bedford Gazette News today. Moto is closed. BS Parts are still shipping. They say that even though they would make more $ selling it, they will close it anyway. They repossed it, own it, and never even sold it at auction. Bottom line they have owned it since they pulled the plug. They want it to go away and it will not.The race only units they might pull this stunt with, but with the Cannibals and Speeds they will probably have to supply parts for for 5-10 years if forced. Warranty will be gone, but parts with enough legal hassle they might not wiggle out of. Enough hassle to them = sell division at what they can get. The dealers, unit owners, and others need to give them a run for their loan shark money. From what I hear there is still back doordeals going on to sell it, but a little heat might help. The fine folks that are in dealer service may not be able to help. ASK for the phone # for CORP. in CT and then ask for the People in charge or a Pegasus person. Fight ON

This is a sad day for Cannondale owners and the ATV community as a whole...

 

i do not own a cannondale, in fact i have only even seen or sat on one a handful of times. however, i feel a great loss by the dissapearance of this company. EFI and a lot of ingenuity went into making cannondale the best all around 4 stroke you could buy. If I would have had the extra cash, i would have bought a cannibal or speed instead of my 03 raptor. I think by losing cdale, the entire industry has been set back, at least 5 years. Hopefully one day the tech involved with the cdale line will be picked up by another manufacturer, and integrated into new quads. It really does suck...

 

This is truley bull$hit what pegasus is doing. I think the only reason they havent sold is that they are being paid off by honda, yamaha and other big quad manufactures.
