do you guys really feel that way. That if a man works and sacrifices his time and effort to become what you concider to be wealthy. Hes a ****.think ,research, and ask questions and you will find that the majority of the upper one percent of earners built what they have from sacrifice and hard work. It never ceases to amaze me that people hate what they would like to be.I thank the good lord I live in the greatest nation ever to exist.
yea we have a few problems. wake up look around. youve been blessed just to be born in this country. There is no weaker argument than to say a pox on all there houses. If you dont like dont shout, vote it out.

A.) Trek, I believe the fine folks here were saying that one person who happens to be rich and happens to think he is God because he has more money than anyone else is attempting to infringe on their right to ride quads on their OWN LAND. I don't know about you, but if I wanted to ride a quad, sunbathe nude (ouch), or farm pigs on my own land that I bought & paid for, I should be able to. You did say that this is still america, didn't you?
B.) As sugarhead stated, this could be (and probably is) unconstitutional. A noise ordinance is one thing, but specifically passing a law banning ATV use on one's own private land, is yet another.
C. Spikeland, it's good to worry about your friends with the loud bikes, but they may be the very reason you're fighting this battle. You might want to try to convince them to find some quieter exausts, and this may alieviate (some of) your problems.
Just one man's opinion,
Brink

yea your probably right. I tend to overeact to people who steriotype(if thats how its spelled)any group of people. Im just a dumb country boy who likes to ride and be left alone. every group of folk have there percentage of a-holes including quad riders. around here weve got the room to persue all the activities you describe and more. If someone in missouri tried to pass a law prohibiting me from riding my land. they would be laughed at, then ran out of town on a rail. o-well. just another benifit of living in fly over country.

this is why i hate politicians and some *not ALL* rich people. there all corporate ba$tards who roll around and wipe their a$$ with $100 bills and think there so superior to everyone. sometimes i wanna take a 12 guage and end their pathetic existence and bring power back to the middle-class working man of america

I am from west virginia and we are mad because we can't ride our bikes as far as we want to on the road. we are only allowed like ten miles and we have to have a helmet, headlights, and a horn but who cares we do it anyway cops don't care where i live. most of the people don't care how loud ur bike is as long as you don't go cracking on it in front of there house at like 1:00 in the morning. the rich people around here (and yes there are rich people in WV) ride quads with us that is what I love about this state. We have had cops stop and ask us if we want to race them in there crusiers Hahah we got a good laugh out of that.
