What can we do as a public to stop this nonsense? I am a very responsible 37 year old man. My wife and I enjoy ATV's with both of our sons, ages 14 & 10. What gives those folks in Raleigh that has no idea what responsible people do with our ATV's the right to ban our hobby for our families???????

They are not alone... VA is also considering it, and many other states as well. Bad news: There are several anti-atv groups that have joined forces to fight ATV's. They figured it out that they can't get rid of them altogether, so they want to chip away at it's foundation levels. The good news, is that the ATVA and the Blue ribbon coalition are fighting them, and in many cases winning. This does not mean you can sit back and wait for an outcome. If you do that, you will lose. The two orgainizations need your voices to continue to fight with credability.

Suggest everyone check out the BRC and ATVA websites to learn more, they have legislative updates online. On the ATVA's website, you can actually find teh real documents that your local representatives are working off, and what is signed into law by your governors, plus you can get all teh information you need to contact all the state and federal legislators. Worth the time to research the local issues. www.atvaonline.com and www.sharedtrails.com.

Do it today!
