Did anyone hear about when the new CPSC guidelines were due out? I am getting conflicting responses and would like to view the wording for myself. The document I read basically throws the age/engine size rule out and replaces it with a age/speed formula.

I hear from some that the new rules are in effect, but others say they are still workingon it... The stickers have not changed on the quads yet...
