Took a look. At first it looked just like a typical EcoNazi webpage - uninformed one-sided bias to promote their beliefs.

Then I realized that it's set up so editor George W. can sell more copies of his book.

Of course, that's my one-sided ATV rider viewpoint

The atvs we ride don't put out as much pollution as the cars they drive in one year.just give it a rest just think if atvs were street legal and everybody were buying them because of the lower stress on the enviroment.

And anyway they want 2 strokes out but now some of the newer teck 2 strokes actually have the same effect on the enviroment as a 4 stroke without sacrificing the high rpms and horsepower readings and I doubt they could get a ban from the government.

LOL!! That web site is actually kind of funny if you stop to think about it..

Its the narrow minded tree hugging extremist that want to enforce that type of unfounded rehtoric on everyone else.. Whats funny is that they group all the knuckle dragging dork-fish who actually DO abuse our trails and the surrounding nature along with it, into the same spectrum as those of us who actually go out to have a good time and DO mind what we do as not cause damage to unriden areas.

It does, however, go to show you that one "bad apple" can ruin the whole bushel. I am sure this person's motives behind this are derived from some incident in his past that set him off and caused him to become blind sided with the media hype that is associated with the abuse of those who do cause problems such as he listed.

Lord forgive me if I am judgemental, but this poor man seems to be taking the actions of some and applying his belives founded on OTHER individuals who can not and should not be counted in common nature to those he seems to pin point on his site.

THIS is why it is SO important to mind our riding etiquitte when we do go riding. Take away these types' ammunition, if you will, and that way they have nothing to fuel their little eco-friendly ergonomic campfires of low emmissions..

Just my 2 cents.

Inside every environmentalist is a fascist trying to get out.

It's all quite creepy. 1934 Nuremberg Reichsparteitag Rally creepy. All they need to do is start wearing brown shirts and have Al Gore grow a toothbrush moustache and it would be 1934 all over again.

Green! It's the new Red.

These are the kind of people who already have a house and want to ban any further tree harvesting. I have a friend who has fallen hook, line, and sinker for all the eco-trash (talk about pollution) garbage that has become popular with the media and educational institutions. I gave him page upon page of evidence that refutes the whole global warming hype and challenged him to read it. He said, "if you watch Earth in the Balance", which is Algore's movie. I said okay. He hasn't come through yet. Truth hurts sometimes. It's interesting that he has two houses, each of which are twice the size of my house. I don't mind that someone succeeds in this life, but, if you are espousing the whole Greenie mentality you shouldn't be a hypocrit about it. Al Gores "carbon footprint" is larger than my house, boat, GMC truck, Jeep, Honda, 2 quads, lawnmowers, chainsaws, line trimmer, leaf blower, etc. put together. He goes around the world in private jets, gets picked up by limos, etc. and he wants to have us all driving Prius'. I don't think so. These donkeys can take a hike, stop bathing, try to go across the country on a bike. I don't care. Leave the rest of us alone. And, it's true that they are following the whole fascist/communist/socialist dogma. Those on top get to live any way they want while they dictate what we can do or say. I say, ship them all to California and let them leave the rest of the nation alone.
