Yeah, that link has expired. The article was about a man that was being re-tried for shooting (and killing) 3 guys he caught riding on his property. He used a shotgun to do it.

 

Hope he got fried. You slould not ride on private property, but unless he was being threatened, he went WAY too far.

you must have just cause, as in being threatened.
I started a thread a long time ago about riding armed.....I have on occasion, esp during deer season. if they shoot at me, well, trouble could brew.

and drunk with a hangover and a high powered rifle, and you on a quad. see where this goes? hehe

I hope the guy fried. that is outrageous. or perhaps he should get the same treatment he gave to the victims....
