I'm a general contractor and I'm yanking your chain.
In this area most all drywallers and tapers are mexicans. Tile setters are russian as are hardwood floor installers.

Iam the job super. In the company I work for that means a 1 man do it all show .
DO you have a niche?
I used to get all of the crazy and high end projects. Turned a lot of basements into legit movie theaters, shooting ranges, custom wine rooms and so on. I like the projects others struggle with.
My boss only hires subs who are white and speak english. So iam rather insulated to the real world.
