Couldn't you just attach some kind of chain wirth a hook on the end to go around the tailgate lines (whatever those things are called)?

I replaced mine that came on my ramp. Only about $10.00 at Lowes/Home Depot.

i have a 2 braided cables. one end around each outside edge of the ramp then u bolted, the other end has a hook. hooks go perfect on my bumper. it kicks about 1/2 inch, catches the cable and stops.

Didn't your ramp come with safety chains or cables? I thought all of them did. If not, just do as the others said, go make a set. Here is a picture of my el-cheapo ramp. The safety chains came with it. CLICK HERE

Mine did not come with any safety chain's, but I run a tie down from the ramp to my trailer hitch to hold it in place.

Strong Bugee cords or straps would even work. Just make sure they are pretty tight.

Definately attach some chains to your ramp I found out the hard way. I have them but I didnt hook them up one of them up. It kicked out and busted the front plastic of the Vinson and I almost rolled her. Also I found out, load your Vinson in 4x4 low gear and they wont kick out.
