sounds like you have more holes than you saw. Plugs only work good if you get every hole. pump up the tire to 15pounds and squirt it with some windex to find the others.

I use the same ones chris142 does, they are made by "camel" and last the longest of all of em. The ones you can get at the minit market suck.
