I have a complaint about HTB Bungee Cords.

I ordered 2 bungee cords @ $1.70 ea with shipping to be determined later. The copy of the order that they emailed to me showed no shippping charges so I wasn't aware of the cost until the cords arrived. The 2 cords weigh 2 oz., but HTB charged me $7.60 in shipping.

When I complained, they got nasty with me. Here's an example from one of their emails:

"You could say the answer is no. I was going to sent a return label at my dime? But that is not going happen now. Think I will go with the first option you being pissed off and making it your mission to tell everyone about my freight charges. So here it is so even you will get it. First I am going start with is you had enough time to contact me if you need to know the freight were?? We all know you can use the email service. Or is it just bitch with?? Wish I had the time to get into this is, but I do not. And you are not worth it."
