Is it just me or does anyone else get paranoid out there?

I used to mow and care for a 16 acre cemetary in the middle of nowhere in So Illinois. It was OK most of the time, but there were those days when I was there by myself and after 6 hours of weed eating your mind really messes with you. Not to mention that the old graves really do cave in and the ground sinks underneath you all of the sudden. Happened to me at lunch one time, I was just sitting there on the deere mower under a shade tree eating and all of the sudden I sunk about 6 inches into the ground. I tore out of there like nobodys buisness.... I carry my .40 cal now when out by myself.

I never saw so may grown men admit to being scared of the dark. Sure, the topic is "paranoid" but you are all talking about being scared of the dark!! I can understand bears and big cats but to just get the ******* and freak out?? Running from noises and being too scared to turn around, BWAHAHA!! What a bunch of friggin pansies!

when you see big ol paw prints and claw marks...you tend to get a little scared when you hear something and you cant see, especially if you are alone in the woods. i never been down there in the pitch black night, but i doubt i would ever stop long enough to hear anything...and i dont think ill ever be down in the woods at night during any season other than winter...too many spiders for me...
