I have a heard time believing that the closest they can get with the airial photography is only one mile. Further more if they are telling us they can get one mile resolution and knowing how the government hides technology they can probabely see an ant crawling in a field of tall grass!.

 

Acually they(the military) can read the writing on a golf ball from a satellite.

 

Big Brother is watching you (us). The resolution on the spy uh I mean weather satellites can read the time off of a persons watch.

Any body ever wonder if the GPS your are using, if big brother is tracking you?

 

Although it's not free check out the software at www.maptech.com. In my business we use the USGS topo reproductions in place of the hardcopy maps. If I'm not mistaken you can also tie into GPS.

Maptech is the one the Soil Consevation Service uses and I just purchased the set for Northern Wisconsin. You can't believe what you can do with this software. Their site also alows you to download free maps.
